The first we wanted to do before we move in, was to finish the kitchen. Now, if your grandma is Polish, or, if she is old, she will have hundreds of crystal glasses. This granny moved away, but she decided to leave us her precious collection. When we asked her to take her stuff, she said we can throw it away. Lucky us! With one day to finish the work, no big boxes and no elevator... it was healthier to put all the glasses at the top cabinet and never open it again.

What we did is a no-brainer... a layer of fresh white paint...
After the paint was done, we had to take care of the shelves and floor:
which we covered with PVC flooring from another project:
and new handles from the flea market. (The flea market handles collection has been growing, now there are 12 of them, and this is the third home!
