UNEXPLAINED BABY - INTRO

UNEXPLAINED BABY - INTRO

Hi, I’m Fabiana, and I want to share my journey in case it helps someone.
If you’ve been diagnosed with “unexplained infertility,” if all your tests are normal but something still feels off—I'm glad you're here.

I don’t have a magic solution, but I believe there are common threads behind the struggle to conceive and sustain life. Healing begins with understanding your unique symptoms and addressing root causes from the inside out.

I've been on this path for five years. At the beginning, I couldn’t find a doctor who knew what to do with my symptoms and problems. Over time, I realized that relying on doctors to have all the answers wasn't the way forward—at least not for me. Too often, I felt dismissed or disappointed by a system that didn’t seem to understand or support me. That’s when I knew I had to take a different approach.

It took about four years—and a lot of tears—to understand what was really going on in my body. Once I did, I focused on two things: finding a solution and finding a health practitioner who actually understood the problem. Whichever came first would be a breakthrough.

That’s what I did—and it worked. I found many answers and met the best holistic practitioner I've come across. And the local doctor from my insurance? He’s a tool—literally. He runs the tests I ask for. If he won’t, I’ll find someone who will.

Some of my friends know what I’ve been through, and some have no idea. But now I’m at a point where I feel called to share what I’ve learned with anyone who needs it. I don’t believe women should struggle in silence for years. We can help each other. What helped me most on this hard journey was knowing there were others like me—searching, questioning, and most importantly, sharing their discoveries. Other people’s journeys and testimonies were a huge part of my healing. Now it’s time to give back.

Everything I’ve learned—from research, personal experience, professionals, and people outside the system—I want to pass on. Some of my most valuable insights came from people without formal training but with real, lived experience.

It’s important for me to share the many aspects of my journey. The physical symptoms I experienced may not apply to you, but they might resonate with someone else—and help them recognize a deeper imbalance. While every body is different, some signs are red flags that often go unnoticed.

Another part of this journey is the perseverance it takes to find answers. Sometimes, you need the courage to question your doctor’s opinion, push for further testing, or decline a treatment that doesn’t feel right. I’ve gone against medical advice more than once—when I found something that worked for me. I’m a redhead, born to rebel, so I don’t care too much about what they think. I trust my gut. And I take full responsibility.

That’s part of what I want to inspire in you: take your power back. There’s nothing wrong with questioning your doctor. Everything should be open to discussion. More and more people are starting to challenge the system—and I’m so glad.

To be clear, I believe most doctors are well-intentioned people, trapped in a broken system—one run by unethical powers whose priorities have nothing to do with our well-being. If it were truly about health, we’d be getting healthier, not sicker.

My goal is to empower you to take charge of your health, do your own research, and advocate not just for yourself, but one day, for your children.

I’m working hard to finish writing my full story because I know some couples feel like time is running out. And with life moving so fast, I don’t want to forget what I’ve learned. I want to share this information as soon as possible, and with as many people as possible.

If you’re struggling with “unexplained infertility,” or know someone who is, please share this blog with them. You’re not alone.
